ALL REHEARSALS BEGIN PROMPTLY AT EACH DESIGNATED TIME AT BALMORAL PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (BPC - 6413 Quince Road - between Kirby and Ridgeway). Please plan to be at BPC AT LEAST 10 to 15 minutes before the rehearsal starts to sign in on the attendance sheet, socialize a little, and be in your seat ready to sing at the scheduled time.

YOU MUST SIGN IN FOR EVERY REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE BEFORE IT STARTS. Sign-in sheets will be available 20 to 30 minutes before the beginning of rehearsal. Once the conductor starts the rehearsal, the attendance sheets will be collected and TARDY sheets will be available for signing.

You MUST sign either the attendance sheets or the tardy sheets each rehearsal. Three tardies will result in one absence. The Board of Directors of the Memphis Symphony Chorus believes that our success is directly related to consistent attendance at rehearsals. We appreciate your dedication and commitment to the chorus and to making beautiful music.
