New Member Auditions

Our next new member auditions will be held on August 17, 2026 at First Baptist Church Memphis. Please download this audition form and email the completed form to info@memphissymphonychorus.org to reserve an audition time. Scheduling will occur in July, 2026.

At the Audition you will:

1.  Sing through various vocalises, scales, and tonal memory exercises (accompaniment provided).

2.  Perform “The Star Spangled Banner” a cappella.

3.  Perform a brief Sight Reading excerpt.

If you're considering auditioning but feel nervous, we encourage you to take the leap! Auditions can feel intimidating, but they're designed to be a positive experience. Membership in the Symphony Chorus is both musically rewarding and deeply fulfilling, and we'd love to hear you sing for us!
